Complaints Policy

At Equinox Therapy, we are committed to providing high-quality services to all our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to let us know so we can address your concerns and improve our offerings.

To make a complaint, please submit a complaint in writing via email to click here or by post to Anette Haug, Oakhurst Farm, Heathfield, East Sussex TN21 0LJ. Include your name, contact details, and a description of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 working days. We will aim to provide a full response within 28 working days.
