Fear

Fear can be sudden and dramatic or long-term and pervasive; like a nagging wound or paralysing in its force.

Symptoms of fear are

  • Worry
  • Anxiety
  • Confusion
  • Dulling of senses
  • Panic
  • Terror
  • Dissociation

The message fear is giving you

Fear is an intuitive, focused awareness of something that is a threat to your physical, mental or emotional wellbeing.

There are ways to overcome a pressing sense of fear.

There are questions you can ask:

  • What is the threat?
  • What action must I take to move to a position of safety?
